First feature by ex-Fugitive director Guido Henderickx, who teamed up with screenwriter Marcel Van Maele, spent two months in a place called Burned Bridge and got inspired by the local colour. The story spans 24 hours and starts off when the fortune-teller Lola and her friend Louis arrive for the annual fair at Burned Bridge. Seven years before Louis had an affair with the saloonkeeper's wife, Monique. Tension rises.
